I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment for private reasons.
Takeover after agreement, also possible at short notice from July.
The apartment has 2 well-cut and spacious rooms (one with a balcony to the green inner courtyard) and a large, separate kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, many cabinets (modern white kitchen), space for a dining table, and a second balcony.
Bathroom with bathtub and towel heater. Laundry room in the basement without a fixed plan.
As a resident, you can park in the blue zones on the street. Bus, tram, and Migros are within walking distance in a few minutes.
Zurich's old town, lake, and Stadelhofen train station are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The house has a very nice neighborhood.
Since I unfortunately only lived here for a short time and am leaving Zurich for private reasons, I have not yet moved in and am not adding any photos.
If interested, a few pieces of furniture can be taken over for a start. These are new and hardly used. The apartment is very practically cut, the kitchen is separate and lockable, so a 2-person shared apartment would also be possible.
