As I am moving in with my boyfriend, I am sadly giving up my room in this beautiful and exceptionally well-located apartment in the heart of Zurich.
Flexible move-in date, no later than August.
To be accepted as a tenant, you should:
Located on Augustinergasse (8001 Zurich), just steps from Bahnhofstrasse, the apartment offers the rare combination of a central location and a surprisingly quiet atmosphere.
The apartment spans three floors and includes a large private rooftop terrace, ideal for relaxing, BBQs, or after-work drinks.
We currently have a cleaning service that comes every two weeks. The cost is approximately CHF 100 per month/person. This arrangement can be discussed with the new tenant.
About the Room
The spacious room is fully furnished and ready to move into. It is bright and receives plenty of natural light throughout the day.

You will be sharing the apartment with two guys:
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is communicative, respectful, tidy, and easy-going.
Please tell us a bit about yourself in your application so we can get to know you better. We will then invite selected candidates for viewings.
Flexible move-in date, no later than August.
To be accepted as a tenant, you should:
- Be willing to purchase the room and shared-apartment furniture for CHF 1,600
- Earn at least CHF 6,500 per month
- Provide a current Betreibungsregisterauszug (debt enforcement extract)
- Be able to provide the rental deposit of CHF 4,130
- Your preferred move-in date
- Confirmation that you meet the requirements above
