The room, approximately 30 m², is located on the lower floor.
It is fully furnished and has a fireplace, offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Rent: CHF 1550 per month.

-access to all common areas: equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, four terraces, pool and laundry room;
-maintenance of common areas;
-garden maintenance;
-taxed garbage bags;
