Description
We - that's July (my quiet, 12-year-old Eurasier dog) and I (Nadia, 38, uncomplicated and family-oriented) - are looking for a laid-back, independent, and tidy roommate who is between 30 and 70 years old, loves dogs, and is looking for more than just a functional shared apartment. I work partly from home, enjoy being creative in my free time, travel a lot, or can be found in Valais.
Our modern, bright 4.5-room Minergie apartment (110 m²) is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) in the heart of Degersheim's village center, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and shopping facilities. Despite the central location, we enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside and the morning and evening sun from two balconies - it's particularly great that each room in the apartment has direct access to one of the balconies. Since the apartment offers a lot of space, we would like to share this luxury and are looking for someone who appreciates a harmonious coexistence (e.g., joint cooking evenings) but also values their free space and quiet time. A sense of order and cleanliness as well as financial security (for rent/deposit) are important to us.
What to expect:
Your realm: You will get the largest and brightest room in the apartment (approx. 15.5 m²) as your private retreat (currently unfurnished, partially furnished after consultation).
Your comfort: You will have your own bathroom (shower/toilet) at your exclusive disposal.
Shared space: We will use the two balconies, the modern kitchen, the cozy living room, and a large basement compartment together. You are allowed to use the office/guest room for overnight guests.
Extras: I am open to sharing my car after consultation. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented through the administration if needed.
Rent: CHF 1,030 all-inclusive (including utilities, internet/TV, Netflix, Serafe, and use of inventory - excluding electricity)
Availability: Can be moved into immediately
