We - that's July (my quiet, 12-year-old Eurasier dog) and I (Nadia, 38, uncomplicated and family-oriented) - are looking for a laid-back, independent, and tidy roommate who is between 30 and 70 years old (senior women are welcome) and loves dogs. We're not just looking for a roommate, but someone who wants to be part of a harmonious community. I work partly from home, enjoy being creative in my free time, and love to travel or spend time in the Valais region.

Our modern, bright 4.5-room Minergie apartment (110 m²) is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) in the heart of Degersheim, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and shopping facilities. Despite its central location, we enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside and the morning and evening sun from our two balconies - it's particularly great that each room in the apartment has direct access to one of the balconies. Since the apartment offers a lot of space, we'd like to share this luxury with someone who appreciates a harmonious coexistence (e.g., joint cooking evenings) but also values their freedom and quiet time. A sense of order and cleanliness, as well as financial security (for rent/deposit), are important to us.

What to expect:
Your domain: You'll get the largest and brightest room in the apartment (approx. 16m2) as your private retreat (currently unfurnished, partially furnished after discussion).

Your comfort: You'll have your own bathroom (shower/TOILET) for exclusive use.
Shared space: We'll share the two balconies, the modern kitchen, the cozy living room, and a large basement compartment. You're also welcome to use the office/guest room for overnight guests.

Extras: I'm open to sharing my car after discussion. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented through the administration if needed.
