I am looking for a subtenant for my 1.5-room apartment.
The settlement is located at the end of a neighborhood street and is surrounded by fields and forests. The apartment is oriented west and offers sun especially in the afternoon and evening. In summer, it is pleasantly cool thanks to the many green spaces and large trees. In winter, you have a lot of light again because the trees do not have leaves. The bus stop is located right in front of the settlement, so you have a direct connection to Affoltern train station (S6 to HB), Oerlikon (bus 62), and the ETH Campus Hönggerberg (bus 62 + 44/37).
About a year ago, the kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated and kept in neutral colors. The parquet floor was also sanded and resealed. The facade was energetically renovated and the windows were replaced. So, it feels more like a new building than you think.
Since the living room is deep, it forms a darker corner at the back, which is suitable for the sleeping area. At the facade, the windows are about 85cm high (exactly table height), so maximum light enters the living area. From there, you have direct access to the covered seating area. From there, the meadow adjoins the apartment, inviting you to linger. The meadow sections are divided per apartment, so you have a lot of privacy.
The bathroom is equipped with a private laundry tower (washing machine + dryer), a shower with a glass partition, and a toilet, sink.
