Room for rent in a very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from USI and 10 minutes from the center of Lugano.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen. There are balconies on all sides of the building, including a private balcony in the room (currently being renovated until July 2026). Additionally, there is a cellar and a communal laundry room.
Currently occupied by two girls, a student and a young worker.

The room is equipped with: large double bed, desk, dresser, 3-door wardrobe, and bookshelf. If requested, I will leave all the furniture (price to be agreed).

The monthly rent is 550 CHF (excluding internet 15 CHF and electricity).

The room is available from August/September (to be agreed based on availability).
