Since we will be traveling from August to December, we are renting out our beautiful and bright 3-room apartment in Zurich Oerlikon.

The apartment is approximately 90 m² in size and has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen (with dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, two balconies, and a shared laundry room in the house. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The Salersteig stop is about a 3-minute walk away, and it's about a 13-minute walk to Oerlikon train station.

Ideally, we would like to rent the entire apartment to people who are looking for a cozy home during this time (e.g., a couple, two friends). If only one room is needed, we can also consider this after discussion.

It's important to us that you take good care of our apartment. Therefore, we are looking for reliable, uncomplicated, and clean subtenants who handle the apartment and our property with respect. Consequently, liability insurance is required.
