We are renting our apartment for about four weeks in the summer.

The apartment is very central, bright, and cozy, with a nice balcony, ideal for someone who wants to enjoy Zurich in the summer and is looking for a pleasant place to stay. Additionally, a sports cellar is available.
It is important to us that the person handles the apartment with care and also takes reliable care of our plants during this time. We will provide a brief introduction and clear instructions on watering beforehand.
The apartment is suitable for one person, a couple, or two people who want to spend time in Zurich together. It is important to us that no parties take place and the apartment is used respectfully. There is internet for working, etc.
Before subletting, we would like to get to know each other briefly in person or via Teams. We will also agree on a deposit as security. Please only contact us if you are specifically interested in a temporary sublease for about four weeks and a deposit is okay for you.
We look forward to uncomplicated and reliable contact.
