Rent of 1180 CHF/month, including charges.
The room includes a double bed 160 cm, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe and a built-in wall closet.
Avenue Alexandre-Vinet, Lausanne.
The apartment is ideally located, close to Riponne / Bel-Air, shops, transportation and city life. 10 minutes walk from M1, also convenient for UNIL / EPFL students.
A pleasant and well-maintained apartment with a beautiful, bright living room, a dining area, a equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a basement.
The charges include internet, water, heating, Serafe and electricity.
You will share the apartment with me: I am 25 years old, studying Master at EPFL and working part-time. Outside of studies, I enjoy doing sports, especially cycling.
I am looking for someone who is calm, respectful and careful, who appreciates living in a clean and tidy apartment. The idea is to have a pleasant and respectful shared apartment, with a good understanding in everyday life and the possibility of sharing a convivial moment from time to time.
