From 1 August 2026 or by agreement, we are renting our beloved and modern owner-occupied apartment with Minergie standard on Rütiweg in Wichtrach. The ground floor apartment is located in a family-friendly quarter with direct access to the garden, which is why families with children are preferred. Wichtrach train station and the school are within a 10-15 minute walk.

In recent years, all appliances in the kitchen (including steamer) have been replaced. The apartment includes a large basement compartment with its own washing machine and tumble dryer (new devices 2025). One or two parking spaces with a connection for a charging station can be rented for CHF 100 each in the garage.

The bedroom has a high-quality built-in wardrobe. In the dining area, there is a large marble table made of the same high-quality material as the worktop of the open kitchen. The apartment has two showers, one of which is a spacious, floor-level rain shower and offers special comfort.
