Note: There is now a cat living here, which stays with the neighbour whilst I am away. This may not be ideal for those with severe cat allergies. If someone likes cats, it could be arranged for the cat to be here from time to time (e.g. during the day a very pleasant presence when working from home).

Waschküche ohne Waschplan, funktioniert gut.
Hinweis: Es wohnt jetzt auch eine Katze hier, die während meiner Abwesenheit bei der Nachbarin ist. Für starke Katzenallergiker:innen evt. nicht ideal. Falls jemand Katzen gerne mag, liesse es sich auch einrichten, dass die Katze ab und zu hier ist (z.B. tagsüber, ist bei Homeoffice sehr angenehme Präsenz).
