Bright, quiet, approximately 55m2 large apartment in the beautiful Kirchenfeld quarter. 15 minutes to the main station by bike. Also well connected to public transport with tram 7, 6 or 8.
Since my current roommate is moving out, I am looking for a new tenant. I am actually planning to move out and move into a shared apartment with another friend. You can introduce yourself briefly in your application! For the takeover, I need a "solvent successor" according to the administration, which means the person must take over the rental agreement under the same conditions and have sufficient income, no debt enforcement, etc. The pictures are partly still from the empty apartment, as I will take my furniture with me :) Move-in is either on 01.08. or one day earlier, which still needs to be clarified with the administration.
