Description
From November 1, 2026, or by agreement, a 12 m² unfurnished room with built-in wardrobe and beautiful view will be available in my charming old building apartment on the first floor. The rent is CHF 900 per month, including utilities, internet, and radio and television fees. Electricity and shared household costs will be billed separately.
I live in a rural area in Küssnacht am Rigi, in a quiet, green location surrounded by meadows and forests, with a beautiful view and yet well connected. By bike, it's only 10 minutes to the train station and city center, and the highway can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The apartment includes:
a small balcony and a pergola
a washing machine in the bathroom
a cellar compartment
a small retreat
a small storage room in the apartment
If needed, a parking space can be rented for CHF 50 extra. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is only possible in the outdoor area.
About me:
I am 44 years old, female, and work in a foundation with people with disabilities in the field of work. On weekends, I'm often hiking in the mountains, and during vacations, I'm drawn to the sea. I regularly practice yoga and martial arts. I value my alone time, but also enjoy a good conversation about God, the world, and everything in between. A tidy home is important to me, and I try to live my life as sustainably and minimally as possible.
Who I'm looking for:
A self-sufficient and uncomplicated person who is open and positive, likes country life, and is willing to contribute to the household on an equal basis, not because they have to, but because it's a matter of course.
