The good living climate is contributed by the wooden construction method and many natural materials. Heating is provided by district heating from wood waste from the Zimmerei hölzig gmbh carpentry. Additionally, the multi-family house is equipped with photovoltaic modules on the balcony railings.

The living and dining area as well as the three rooms are equipped with parquet flooring, and plates are laid in the kitchen and in both wet cells. The ceilings are made of natural spruce. The kitchen is equipped with V-ZUG appliances and a Bora cooktop. Each apartment has a washing tower (V-ZUG) in one of the wet cells. The spacious balcony is south-facing and has a closet that serves as a privacy screen and provides additional storage space.

In the basement, there are the underground parking garage, bicycle parking spaces, a stroller room, and a cellar compartment for the apartment (9 m2). Parking spaces in the underground parking garage can be rented for CHF 140.00 per month. Connection options for electric vehicle charging stations are available.

Keeping dogs is not permitted in this property.
