I am subletting my fully furnished room while I will be living in New York for a few months. The room is located in a unique and exceptionally spacious apartment right in the center of Zurich (8001), offering a great combination of city living, comfort, and a social WG atmosphere.

The Room

• Available from September until the end of January
• Ready to move in
• Possibility to stay on and potentially take over the room permanently after the sublet period

The apartment is significantly larger than most flats in Zurich city center and offers plenty of shared living space:

• Large living room
• Separate, spacious kitchen (2 ovens and 2 fridges) with dining and lounge area
• Two full bathrooms( incl washing machine and dryer in the flat)
• Beautiful rooftop terrace
• Plenty of storage and common space
• Prime location in Zurich 8001, within walking distance of the lake, restaurants, bars, shops, and public transport

The flat is currently shared by Alessandro and Stefano and offers a great balance between privacy and a social living environment.

Your Future Flatmates
Alessandro (26) is Italian, graduated from the University of St. Gallen and Bocconi, and currently works at a family office.
Stefano (28) is Swiss-Mexican and is currently finishing his Master's degree after working in the fintech industry.
We enjoy an active and social lifestyle and like spending time together, whether it's sports, cooking, watching games, having a drink, or simply relaxing after work.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone around 30 years old or younger who enjoys an active lifestyle, values a social WG environment, and would like to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the flat.
We appreciate people who are respectful, independent, and enjoy living with others rather than simply renting a room.

For the right person, there may be the possibility to remain in the apartment and potentially take over the room on a longer-term basis after the sublet ends.
