A room will be available in my shared apartment from July 1st, 2026!
It's a large 3.5-room apartment (95 m2) in the heights of Villeneuve, between vineyards and forest, with a magnificent view of the lake. There are two rooms (one of which will be available and is 15 m2), a large living room with fireplace and piano, a large kitchen, a bathroom, and a small outdoor space.
For about 1000 francs, all inclusive (including WiFi, electricity, etc.)
I'm looking for a solvent woman who wants to live in a shared apartment, who wants to share not only the common areas but also parts of daily life, in a atmosphere of fluidity, joy, respect, and simplicity.
Non-smoker, no pets.

Since it's in the heights of Villeneuve and there's no public transportation, you need a vehicle. From Villeneuve station, it's 5 minutes by car, but 40 minutes on foot (it's steep, with a 19% slope in some places). 9 minutes by car to Rennaz hospital.
A parking space for one car is included (and I don't use it)
