A room is becoming available in my shared apartment starting July 1st, 2026!
It's a large 3.5-room apartment (95 m2) on the heights of Villeneuve, between vineyards and forest, with a magnificent view of the lake. There are two rooms (one of which is becoming available and is 15 m2), a large living room with a fireplace and piano, a large kitchen, a bathroom, and a small outdoor space.
For about 1000 francs, all inclusive (including WiFi, electricity, etc.)
I'm looking for a financially independent woman who wants to live in a shared apartment, who is willing to share not only the common areas but also parts of life and daily routine, in a fluid, joyful, respectful, and simple atmosphere.
Non-smoker, no pets.

Since it's on the heights of Villeneuve and there's no public transportation, you need to have a vehicle. From Villeneuve station, it's 5 minutes by car, but 40 minutes on foot (it's steep, with a 19% slope in some areas). 9 minutes by car to Rennaz hospital.
A parking space for one car is included (and I don't use it)
