I am subletting a room (about 20 m2) in the apartment on the 8th floor where I live, and I am looking for a woman only (no couples).
- Location: Fribourg, 2 minutes on foot from the main station
- 3 large supermarkets within less than 5 minutes on foot
- Rent: 850 CHF / month (all inclusive - see below)
- Deposit: 400 CHF
- Availability: immediate - Move-in: between now and July 1st.
The apartment is fully equipped and the price includes:
- WiFi
- Electricity, water, heating
- Detergent, soap, toilet paper, paper towels
- Cleaning products + utensils (rags, sponge, mop, vacuum cleaner, etc.)
- Iron + ironing board
- Salt, pepper, and basic spices
- Electric kettle
- Pots, plates, mugs, cups, cutlery full
- Clothes drying rack
You also have access to washing machines and dryers on the lower floor.
The apartment has a dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
About communal living (very important, please read carefully):
- Work 100% full-time, on-site (Monday to Friday)
- It's important because I work in a hybrid regime and work from home 3 days a week in the living room.
- Non-smoker
I am looking for someone who is mature, calm, clean, and respectful, and who really understands how to live in a shared apartment.
- I do not tolerate theft, disrespectful or negligent behavior.
- Household chores and weekly tasks are shared (we alternate weeks).
- The fridge space is shared fairly and respectfully, no theft.
- There is enough storage space for both of us.
