I've been looking for an apartment for some time and I'm allowing myself to throw this message in a bottle into the sea.

My dream would be to settle in the Montreux/Villeneuve or Morges/Tolochenaz region, but I'm also looking more broadly between Nyon and Martigny. And if I come across a real gem, I'm open to other locations as well.

I'm in my thirties, have a stable income, and I'm a calm, discreet, and very careful person. I don't have any pets.

I'm passionate about creative activities, particularly painting and writing, which I enjoy spending my free time on. Like many people today, I've noticed that rents have become very high. I currently live in a studio and would like to find a slightly larger space to build my home. My dream would be a house, but an apartment with an extra room would already be a huge happiness.

Finding a place at a reasonable price would also allow me to spend more time on what I'm passionate about and develop these projects that occupy an important place in my life.

I take great care of the places where I live. The apartments are always in better condition when I leave them than when I moved in. I respect my neighborhood, I'm quiet, and I like to maintain the places that surround me.

I'm looking for a place where I can settle down permanently, take care of the place, and create a home.
