A room (17 m2) on the ground floor with a bathroom is becoming available in our 230 m2 ship, located between Schoenberg and Tavel, from July 15, 2026.
The house spans 3 levels and features, among other things:
2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (a living room and a cinema corner) and a kitchen (where existential debates, improvised meals, and far too ambitious planting decisions are born),
a washing column,
a basement/fitness room,
a large garden (with a vegetable patch and fruit trees).

Rent: CHF 650.- excluding charges
Charges: approx. CHF 100.- (electricity, internet, and cleaning)

Transportation:
The "Menziswil" bus stop is a 5-minute walk away (3 lines).
Fribourg train station is accessible in 15 minutes.

The shared accommodation
We are 4 active people (plus you), aged 29 to 39, and a tiger
You will live with a psychiatric nurse, a happy civil servant, a Gotteron marketing enthusiast, and an engineer who is busier than all the others combined.
