The apartment:
This 3.5-room apartment facing south includes:
- 2 bedrooms (yours and mine)
- A large living room
- A kitchen
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet
- A nice balcony to enjoy the sun
It is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator and is only a 5-minute walk from the train station, Migros & Denner, pharmacy, bank, medical center, and post office :)
Your room: You will have a large furnished room (bed, desk, wardrobe, shelf) facing east (morning sun).
Some information about me:
I am 33 years old and very athletic. I am a climbing instructor, but also work in a management and leadership consulting firm. I love nature and plants, as you can see in the photos!
Otherwise, I am quite calm at home and often work from home.
Small info: I am very gluten intolerant, so it's not ideal if you have a passion for baking ;)
The rent includes:
- All utilities (electricity, SERAFE, WiFi, ...).
- A cleaning lady about every 2 months.
