The shared apartment is located in the inner courtyard and is therefore quietly located. The apartment has a shared kitchen, living room, terrace, attic, and a basement compartment. The building has a shared bicycle room and access to an underground parking lot of the surrounding houses.
We are looking for:
We are looking for our two shared apartment rooms sympathetic successors who have a desire for a relaxed shared apartment life with common moments, but also enough space to withdraw. So that our cohabitation remains cozy and uncomplicated, we have a common chores plan and place value on order, cleanliness, open communication, and mutual respect.
We look forward to a friendly, respectful coexistence, where you can gladly exchange something in the kitchen or do something together, but at the same time also understand when someone needs time for themselves. It is important to us that everyone in the shared apartment feels comfortable and contributes to a pleasant atmosphere.
We are:
Christel (f, 23 years old), is our main tenant, works full-time in nursing and spends her free time mainly in fitness. She likes to be outside and does a lot with her environment, but also appreciates being able to relax at home with her many programs.
She is an open, humorous, and helpful person who places a lot of value on honesty and respect.
Joelle (f, 27 years old), is also full-time in nursing and will move back to her home canton on July 1st.
