The room is approximately 15sqm in size, bright and laid out with laminate, and is rented unfurnished.
The living room is partially furnished.
The modern kitchen with dishwasher and cooking utensils, as well as the bathroom with a bathtub, characterize the apartment's equipment. An outdoor terrace with a seating lounge on the ground floor is available for shared use by the 3 tenants. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs.
Since I am 44 years old/female and often on the road due to my self-employment, the aforementioned communal rooms are practically available for the sole use of the co-tenant.
I am rarely in the apartment, about every 2 weeks, and rarely stay overnight. I can announce my visit in advance if you wish, to ensure you have maximum privacy.
In this regard, your tidiness/untidiness and your compulsive or laissez-faire basic traits, whether you are a smoker, meat-eater, or part-time vegan, etc., are completely irrelevant to me.
What is important to me is simply an honest, working person who pays the rent on time, respects my privacy in my room, and adheres to the general house rules (noise disturbances, etc.).
The apartment costs 550,- CHF, plus 100,- CHF in ancillary costs (i.e., apartment ancillary costs, electricity, waste disposal fee, radio fee, everything included). An effective settlement is made at the end of the year.
The apartment is available immediately. If you have your own furniture or ideas for living design, I am open to your suggestions.
