The room is located in the Wohnnetz ZÄ - a project by sgf Bern, offering affordable, communal living for women 60+. In addition to apartments, the house also features a Seminarraum ZÄ that is rented out externally, as well as the Restaurant Hallers brasserie tout le monde.

Open to new use

Originally intended as a co-working space, then partially rented out as a workshop room, we are looking for a new use for the spacious room. Do you have a project, are you looking for office space, or would you like to set up a practice room? We look forward to your ideas.

Non-profit purpose

Many things are negotiable, including the price (CHF 180 per square meter). What's important to us: We want to rent the room to someone who fits with us. If you want to make changes, create added value for the community, and represent progressive values, we want to support that.

Room offer

The main room covers 51m2 and is accessible from Zähringerstrasse 13 via a staircase to the lower ground floor. Due to the high windows, the room is private and yet has pleasant daylight. Three smaller rooms without daylight, each approximately 5.4m2, branch off from it. The three secondary rooms are suitable, for example, as storage or retreat rooms. Two toilets are located in the staircase and are shared with the Seminarraum ZÄ on the ground floor. The existing furniture can be taken over, but does not have to be.
