The room contains: a comfortable bed with bedding, a table, lamp, and office chair, a wardrobe, and a dresser with drawers.
The apartment has a large entrance hall, 3 bedrooms of different sizes, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining room of 19.7 m², which leads to a balcony with a table and 5 chairs for lunch in the summer.
It is located at Route de Bourguillon 25, on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building in a quiet residential area called "Les Jardins de Bourguillon" in Marly, close to all amenities. Within a 300-meter radius, you will find: the school, the countryside, a chapel, a shopping center (Migros, Denner, pharmacy, and bank), and the bus stop, where 5 regional direct lines will take you to Fribourg train station in 9 minutes and the urban bus line 1 to Boulevard de Pérolles, in the city center of Fribourg, also in 9 minutes.
