I am renting my beautiful and fully furnished 1.5-room apartment in the popular Aeschbachquartier in Aarau. The apartment is modern, practically furnished and ideal for a single person, a couple, weekly commuters or someone looking for an uncomplicated, ready-to-move-in living solution.
A major highlight of the apartment is the direct access to the quiet inner courtyard. Especially in the summer, this offers a pleasant opportunity to sit outside and still live in the heart of the quarter. The apartment also impresses with its beautiful parquet floor, modern kitchen, high-quality appliances and bright and friendly living atmosphere.
The kitchen is very well equipped and features modern appliances, including an oven, induction stove and dishwasher. Dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils are already available. The coffee machine can also remain in the apartment if desired.
The bathroom is well-maintained and modern, with a glass shower and its own washing tower with washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment. This is very practical in everyday life and a great advantage over many other apartments.
The living and sleeping area is furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, desk, office chair, storage space and other furniture. Additionally, a separate storage room in the basement belongs to the apartment.
If individual pieces of furniture or parts of the equipment are not desired, I will gladly remove them on request.

The stated rent is currently understood as an all-inclusive price. This means that all additional costs are already included. These include:

- monthly electricity bill
- advance payment for hot water and heating
If any of these costs are waived or must be paid directly by the subtenant, the amount will of course be deducted or adjusted accordingly. The price is currently really inclusive of everything.
