I am renting my bright, fully furnished apartment in Zürich-Wollishofen for a limited sublet of approximately 3 to 6 months.
The apartment is located at Esstrasse 37, just 2 minutes' walk from the lake. It is south-facing, very pleasant to live in, and has a private terrace that is not visible from the outside. You really have peace and privacy there.
The location is very practical. Coop, Migros, Tram 7, Wollishofen train station, and bus connections to Sihlcity are within about 1 minute's walk. The house itself is quiet, with families and long-term residents.
The apartment is fully and high-quality furnished. WLAN, TV, and all additional costs are already included in the package price. A cellar compartment and a drying room are also included.
It is important to me to give the apartment to someone who handles it carefully. I am therefore looking for a quiet and responsible individual or couple. Pets are not preferred.
I am flexible with the exact rental period if it fits well humanly and organizationally.
