Horse Paradise in Simmental - Berner Oberland

A small jewel for horse lovers with a lot of charm and privacy! The riding facility is designed for at least four horses with an open stall and has been completely renovated.

Highlights of the facility:

- Modern open stall with stall run-out and well-thought-out
feeding system
- Large paved run-out area (loam)
- Horse shelter with run-out and rubber mat flooring
- Separate pasture hut for two horses, also with
rubber mat flooring
- Covered tying area with hot and cold water and sink
- Manure storage with slurry pit
- Heated water connections (cold & warm)
- Small pasture area with slope

Rider's lounge and recreation area:
- Rider's lounge with Swedish stove and new,
cozy kitchen
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Heated saddle and feed room
- Upper floor with large hay loft and storage room

Additional needs or equipment can be added by arrangement.

We wish for a long-term rental to horse lovers who will carefully maintain, manage, and care for our jewel. The ongoing maintenance and ancillary costs for electricity and water supply are at the expense of the tenant.
