We are looking for a new person to join our rural household following the departure of our dear roommate. We remain three people and a dog, and are looking for a fourth person to complete the adventure.

The house is located in the village of Marchissy, at the foot of the Jura. The village is served by bus 830 to Gland (approx. 35 minutes by bus / 15 minutes by car / 25 minutes by bike). Or by train Nyon-St-Cergue to Bassin station (20 minutes by bike, 10 minutes by car).

It is a large house on three floors with beautiful, bright common areas: kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the garden, cellar, and a large shared space on the third floor with coworking and large workshop. Large garden with terraces, very diverse with a vegetable garden and a magnificent view of the Alps and the lake.

The available room is 15 m², with two windows and a superb view, built-in wardrobes and a wooden floor, rented with a large adjacent private bathroom with bathtub.

We are looking for someone who loves country life, living and convivial spaces, shared moments and quiet autonomy, and who will enjoy participating in the care of the place, the garden and the common areas.
Ecological house with wood heating, which implies a small weekly participation in winter and thermal panels.

Availability of the room: from August 1st. Possibility to move in earlier by agreement.

The rent: 850 francs + charges (wood, electricity, internet)
