We are renting our bright and modern 2.5-room apartment in the Zwicky Areal in Dübendorf as a sublet, as we will be traveling for a few months.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers approximately 80 m2 of living space. It has a spacious living and dining area, a separate bedroom, and two private garden areas, so you can enjoy both the sun and the shade. The apartment also features a large bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower, as well as a private laundry room with a private washing tower.
The apartment is rented furnished. Individual items visible in the photos are not part of the rental. Wi-Fi and all ancillary costs are already included in the monthly rent of CHF 2250.-.
The sublet is possible from August 1, 2026, to around mid-December 2026. There is some flexibility regarding the start and end dates. The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple who takes care of the apartment and appreciates a pleasant and uncomplicated living atmosphere.
The location in the Zwicky Areal offers excellent public transportation connections and access to the highway. Tram 12 goes directly to the airport, and Stettbach train station is easily accessible by tram or on foot in about 10 minutes. From Stettbach, you can reach Stadelhofen train station in just 4 minutes and Zurich Hauptbahnhof in 8 minutes.
The nearby recreational areas along the Chriesbach and Glatt rivers are right outside the front door and invite you to take walks, go jogging, or relax in the greenery.
An underground parking garage is located in the building. If needed, the availability of a parking space can be inquired about directly with the administration.
It is important to us that no smoking is allowed in the apartment and no pets are kept.
