Since I'm planning several trips abroad between July and October, I'm looking for a subtenant for my 3-room attic apartment in the old town of St.Gallen (also possible for 2 people).
For this period, I'm offering the complete apartment, including most of the furniture. The apartment is located in an old building on the 5th floor (no elevator), has 70 square meters, and features a spacious balcony (3x5 m) with a view over the city's rooftops (morning sun).

-Living room: large sofa, coffee table, TV, and TV furniture
-Bathroom: toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, shower, shelf, washing machine
-Kitchen: table with 2 benches (seating for 6 people), shelf, built-in cabinets, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic stove, microwave, stand mixer, water cooker
-Room 1 (2 x 5 m): double bed (160x200)
-Room 2: (6.50 x 2.70 m): open wardrobe (Ikea Pax), piano, shelf
-Large attic
-Balcony (3 x 5 m): lounge, table with 4 chairs, 2 high beds
Location:
The apartment is located in a lively nightlife area (Bermuda Triangle) with numerous restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. The bus stop Marktplatz Bohl is 100 meters away. The train station is 600 meters away.
Conditions:
-Rent: CHF 1470 per month (including utilities, internet, and furniture); deposit in the amount of 1 month's rent
-Available from July 1st to the end of October (or by arrangement)
-Pets not allowed
-Smoking not allowed
