Living Climate: There is only one other residential unit in the house, a very quiet and pleasant shared apartment. The neighborhood is lively and the community is extremely friendly.
Garden & Extras: The house has a shared garden. Taking over smaller garden work (such as mowing the lawn and weeding) is obligatory, but it is shared with the upstairs apartment, so the effort remains manageable. Since we are giving notice outside of the regular termination period, the garage must be rented for an additional 100 CHF per month.
