Available immediately or by arrangement, the largest room in my row house will be vacant. I'd be happy to sign an unlimited or arranged sublease for the room.

- Winterthur 15 minutes by train, 15 minutes by car, 20-25 minutes by bike
- Direct train to Zurich HB approximately 40 minutes (morning/evening)

Rent including utilities 800.- plus 30.- community costs (for example, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and materials, baking paper/aluminum foil, waste fees, garbage bags, and many other materials you don't have to buy). Serafe 17.50.- / month will be billed separately. Internet/WLAN is not included in the rent. You'll need to arrange your own internet.

Who you'll be living with

I, Jonas, 31 years old, hard of hearing, professional musician, tidy and clean, and live in a great home. As a self-employed musician, I practice a lot at home on the handpan and learn other instruments like marimba, harp, piano, and synthesizer. This is generally tolerable in shared living. I'm usually at home during the week and away on weekends. When I'm not making music, I play with my two wonderful cats Gio and Mia or head to the gym.

What you bring

You are honest, clean, tidy, responsible, and appreciate an aesthetically furnished living style. You speak Swiss German and have a job (or income). You don't consume alcohol and drugs and are a non-smoker. You can tolerate music or instrument practice.
