+ CHF 100.-/month for shared food:
- 24/7 accessible groceries for residents with basic products (spices, flour, eggs) and organic vegetables directly from the local producer, as well as vegetables from the garden (depending on production)
- 4 bio-vegetarian buffets per month, prepared by a chef (choice of 8 dates per month)

- Common areas: 200m2 (cafeteria, multipurpose room, laundry room, gardens, lounges...) shared with 20 other eco-residents, each with their own private accommodation.
