I have 2 rooms with shower and toilet in a detached house for rent (shared flat). The entire apartment is approximately 240 m2. Your private rooms with shower are about 40m, with built-in closets and large windows.

Besides my private area (same size), the rest of the apartment is shared (living and dining area, kitchen, etc.). The shared flat offers you lots of sunshine, garden, pool, and plenty of peace. A car is necessary, as there is no public transportation connection in the village. The price includes all additional costs, including a covered parking space. (except for the Serafe fee).
