Finally, an apartment that's not just like any other.

These living rooms are located in a specially loving multi-family house with the corresponding souls. It's not old-fashioned, but here you still live the "togetherness", if desired. That means you can also use the garden and the residents - there aren't many - are there for each other. In today's time, a real rarity.

The apartment itself has already been around for several years, which means there are some renovations to be done. So, the parquet will be sanded and sealed, the walls painted, the kitchen fronts renewed, and many other small things will be done before moving in. It should shine again, to be able to receive guests.

Unfortunately, we currently don't have any photos of the very special bathroom with a washing tower, which is located in the apartment, but one floor below. Here, everything is special, which makes this apartment so exciting. It's an apartment that's hard to describe, which is why we recommend taking the time to "feel" it.
