The house and its occupants
We are a colocation of adults aged 30-50, active in medicine and the environment, installed in this sumptuous historic residence. We like the balance between community life and intimacy, a healthy lifestyle and diet, outdoor activities in nature and creative activities, and a spirit of kindness and openness, social and environmental awareness.
Sought configuration
We prefer 1 person to take the room + office.
However: we are also open to assigning the room and small room (/office) to two different people.
Conditions and rent
Individual occupancy per space, no children, no pets.
Rent: CHF 1950 for both, 1375 for the large room (20m²), 1150 for the small room (12m²) per person per month, depending on space and configuration
