Plot located in the heights of Chesières, in the direction of the Ecovets, just a few minutes by car from the center of Villars, and 30 meters from public transportation. It benefits from a quiet situation and a superb view of the Alps.

LAND

The total area of the plot is 2'253 m2, however it will be reduced by a servitude of approximately 1'583 m2 in favor of the neighbor. The area for exclusive use will be approximately 670 m2.

The plot is located in a building zone, designated as chalet zone D according to the communal allocation plan E.C.V.A (Ecovets-Chesières-Villars-Arveyes) in force, as well as in a very low-density residential area 15 - LAT - A, according to the future PACOM (Communal Development Plan). Any construction is subject to these two regulations.

We present in the attached plans a study of the implantation and evaluations of the possible construction.

Here are some of the rules of the two construction regulations:

The area is intended for individual or collective housing, commerce, and craftsmanship.
The distance between the facades and the limit of the neighboring property is at least 8 m.
