I am looking for roommate(s) for a shared accommodation in a house with a large garden and plenty of space (limited to approximately 2 years)

I am looking for one or two sympathetic people to share the accommodation starting from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement.

The house offers plenty of space and a pleasant living atmosphere:

Shared living area with kitchen, dining, and living room
3 rooms on the upper floor
Bathroom with bathtub + additional toilet on the 2nd floor
Garage/storage/workshop
Laundry room with washing machine & dryer
Large garden
Outdoor parking (60.-)

Thanks to the two floors, there are plenty of opportunities to retreat and have privacy. For me, it is essential that the cohabitation is harmonious. Sympathy, mutual respect, and an uncomplicated coexistence are my top priority.

I am primarily looking to socialize/live with great people, as I will be busy with my studies in social pedagogy for the next two years and will have little time to maintain social contacts outside. Therefore, I am looking for one or two pleasant, relaxed, and reliable people with whom the cohabitation is an enrichment.
