Das Studio liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum, die Bus- und SBB-Verbindungen sind in der Nähe. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Lift, Haustiere sind jedoch leider nicht erlaubt.

Au Parkweg 10 à Bienne, nous louons sur rendez-vous un studio confortable au 3ème étage. Le studio côté Suze offre une surface habitable d'environ 25 m² et est idéal pour une personne seule.

Le studio est situé en plein centre-ville, les bus et les liaisons CFF sont à proximité. L'immeuble dispose d'un ascenseur, mais les animaux domestiques ne sont malheureusement pas admis.
