May I introduce myself briefly. I am a charming maisonette apartment, located in a multi-family house built about 20 years ago. I am built with solid construction and wooden structure. With a lot of attention to detail, the apartment offers light and coziness. When you enter the apartment, you can immediately feel and see how old and young people feel at home and take care of the property.

The entrance already offers the first opportunity to see the cozy atmosphere. On the left side, there are 2 rooms available. On the right side, there is a large bathroom with a corner bathtub and window. Back in the living room, you can see the living and dining room together with the kitchen. From the living room, you can access the seating area and the renovated balcony (facing west) and enjoy the last sunbeams on a beautiful evening.

That's not all. Inside the apartment, there is a wooden staircase that leads to the upper floor or attic. There is a foyer with a large window front. On this floor, there are 2 more rooms and a shower/WC. All rooms are heated with underfloor heating. This also includes: basement, shared laundry room, and heating room.

With agreement from the party living in the lower apartment, children can use the garden area to play together.

In addition to the apartment, there is an outdoor parking space. (Included in the rent)
