I'm a girl who works in Lugano, and I'm in my apartment about 4 days a week, while I'm almost always away the rest of the time.
I'm considering renting my sofa bed to a person, preferably a girl, who needs occasional support in Lugano, for example for work or study, one or two days a week at most.
The apartment is located in a very convenient position, just a few steps from the university.
I'm looking for a serious and respectful person, with whom I can establish a relationship based on trust and mutual respect. The rest can be easily agreed upon by talking together
