Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
Since my roommate will no longer be living in my apartment in Zurich (Stallikon) from March 2027 due to professional reasons, I will be renting out a room from that time on. The duration of the stay is available as desired. It's important to note that I'm not looking for a permanent roommate. Min. 1 month - Max. 12 months.
The room that will be available for rent has its own private bathroom, so each of the two occupants will have their own bathroom.
I (24, quiet, athletic, from Germany, and working in Zurich) will be living in the apartment, so I would prefer to rent the room to someone who has a well-organized daily routine, ensuring that we can live together harmoniously.
Cleanliness of the apartment is very important. Cupboards, beds, and furniture will all be provided, so I also ask that you treat them with care.

The apartment is located directly near the Coop supermarket in Stallikon (1 minute walk) and only 1 minute from the bus stop (bus runs every 15 minutes and every 30 minutes on weekends). The bus ride to the center of Zurich takes 19 minutes.
Parking spaces are available a few parallel streets away (5-minute walk) in the designated areas, free of charge.
