We are looking for someone to take over a room from the end of June in our shared apartment of 5 people and who can also take over the lease of the apartment.

Approximately 16m2 for 625.- without charges (around 20.-/month)
Large living room, kitchen (oven, microwave, 4 hotplates), 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, balcony, cellar
M2 Vennes and Fourmi metro stop nearby
Aldi, Coop and Migros within 5-15 minutes on foot
Mixed shared apartment with 4 great students around 25 years old
Conditions for taking over the lease:
-> you must have one or more guarantors who:
- are Swiss or resident in Switzerland
- have no debts (extract from the debt register to be provided to the administration)
- need guarantor(s) for between 9'000.- and 14'000.-
