We are looking for an interesting new roommate from 01.06.2026 in our great little shared apartment! :)
What do we have to offer:
- A super location right in the old town. This means you're always in the midst of things or quickly at the train station (public transport like bus and tram just around the corner).
- A chimney and a huge open living room with kitchen in American style. Nice small balcony with a view over the old town and onto great sunsets
- only a few minutes' walk to the recreational area "Drei Weihern" with a great view over Sankt Gallen, swimming in summer or barbecue options
- Perfect white wall in the huge living room to watch a movie or sports with our projector. Hundreds of movies available! :)
- Bathroom and toilet separate, so you never get in each other's way! :)
The apartment itself is student-friendly and the private rooms are small (but nice ^^), but the communal area with chimney is huge and the price-performance ratio for the central location is top!
Our already furnished shared apartment room costs only 485 francs per month (plus ancillary costs of around 45 francs for internet/billag/electricity).
We can gladly send two short videos of the shared apartment via Whatsapp! :)
