The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, 4x electric stove + oven, countertop) with the necessary utensils (pans, pots, knives, cutlery, dishes, etc.). Rags and towels, etc. are also included.
The bathroom is equipped with a freshly renovated 90x90 shower, a toilet & sink.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use on the ground floor (2 other apartments, no washing schedule).
The heating is central, with individual electric heating boilers in the apartment for hot water.
The garden can be used jointly.
The bedroom is equipped with a 140x200 bed.
There is the possibility to store a bicycle and/or scooter (with a power connection, if electric) right next to the entrance.
An underground parking space is available, if desired. (+120 CHF/month)

In the village itself, you will find shopping opportunities at the local Volg, as well as a farm shop and a pastry shop.
There is also a local gas station (with the cheapest prices in the region!).
The bus stop is 5 minutes on foot, takes 10 minutes to Brugg AG.
To Zurich HB ~40 minutes, Basel SBB in ~60 minutes.
For larger shopping, there are Migros, Coop, Denner directly in Brugg AG.

Rent deposit (rental deposit) is 3 times the rent (so 3'360CHF). This can also be guaranteed by an insurance policy.
The ancillary costs are flat-rate, electricity is paid separately. I require liability insurance (against damage to third parties).
The apartment can of course be visited. The following appointment dates are possible: 24.05.2026 and 30-31.05.2026 (flexible timing)
The rental period is unlimited, with a minimum rental period of 12 months.
