Description
Our shared accommodation is looking for its 4th roommate
We are three, and our story began in the shared accommodation where we currently live. Camille was the first, then Lucas joined her three years ago, and Lucile joined a year and a half ago. And since then, we don't want to live without each other! For us, the shared accommodation is really a family, and we are moving into a new apartment in July and looking for someone to complete what we have built together.
The apartment is large, bright, with a balcony facing south and a view of the mountains. It consists of 5 rooms and has 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. It is literally 5 minutes' walk from the train station, next to the skate park on Avenue de Beauregard. The living areas are generous, there is really enough space to live together without stepping on each other's toes!
The rent is 625.- per person.
Flexible move-in date: between August 1st and September 1st, 2026.
What we are looking for: someone who really wants to live in a shared accommodation, not just find a cheaper room. Rather an active person or someone who has finished their studies. Someone who wants this apartment to be a home, a place where you come in with pleasure and where you want to hang out together in the evening or on a Sunday morning
Respect for others and shared spaces is non-negotiable, both humanly and in terms of cleanliness.
Living together: we regularly borrow comics from Mémo, do puzzles, listen to a lot of music, print out photos of each other and hang them on a large wall (they are not always fair, sorry), drink a lot of tea and herbal tea, work together in the living room, go on trips to Jumbo and Emmaüs, go for walks, cook small delicacies and on weekdays, there is a good chance that we will find ourselves at Spuma, with a confessed weakness for chocolate buns and cardamom pépite! As you have already understood, we are gourmets
Now, who we are:
- Camille (she), 34 years old, musician and teacher, great lover of plants (really really), good food, colors, nature. Feminist, vegetarian, and socially and ecologically committed. I sometimes have an energy that is a bit too overflowing. My nickname in the shared accommodation: Madame Chaos
- Lucas (he), 26 years old, independent engineer, I spend most of my time building machines that make bip bop , and sometimes I play with I'm not against a little climbing or an improvised restaurant (as you've already understood, we like to eat).
- Lucile (he), 28 years old, technician and permanent repairman of the shared accommodation. Pretty quiet, I have music as a motor, I always have something to listen to and I love playing on my guitar. If I'm not locked in a dark theater, you'll find me somewhere outside, on a promenade or on a terrace, or on the playground with my nieces and nephews.
We do it in two steps: first, a meeting over a drink to see if the spark flies, and if it does, a day and a night together to see how we can live together
The first meetings will take place in our current apartment, but it is possible to visit the future apartment by contacting the current tenants.
In any case, if you recognize yourself in what we describe, write to us! We look forward to meeting you
PS: the photos are those of the current tenant
