We are offering a roommate situation in a large farm in Cudrefin/VD where it is possible to bring your horse.
The farm
It is spacious, both inside and out. About 240m2 of living space and a 2'000 m2 closed garden. Jacuzzi + pool on site.
The space for rent is a room. We share the rest of the house with pleasure as a common area (bathroom, living room, kitchen, garden, parking space).
We are a 37-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman who love nature, animals, going out, and sharing meals with friends. We are simple, always in a good mood, and live with dogs (well-behaved and obedient).
What we are looking for: one (or two) respectful and kind person who wants to live in a community, share good moments, but also likes to have solo time. If you like gardening, there's a lot to enjoy :) .
Rent for roommate situation CHF 850.00 including utilities (internet, electricity, heating, water).
It is possible to use a large, covered stable for horses of about 100 m2 with an outdoor area of 150 m2 as well as an 8'000 m2 park. To be discussed.
