There is no terrace, but the possibility to use the green outdoor space by setting up a table and chairs, a grill, etc. The laundry room is free to use and install your own washing machine and dryer. A private storage room is also available. The price of 1600 francs, including all expenses (heating, water, parking, condominium fees, without annual settlement), is very attractive.
