Es gibt weiterhin eine Lagerfläche/Kühlhaus im UG. Die vorhandene Küche, Abluft, Fettabscheider, Toilettenanlage etc. sind neuwertig und können 1:1 übernommen werden (ist aber kein muss).

Die Monatsmiete beträgt CHF 25’000,- (es gibt keine Ablösesumme) + 10% Umsatzmiete ab 2.5 Mio gedeckelt bei 420‘000,-.
