A whirlpool and 2 fireplaces on the upper floor and in the attic contribute a lot to the coziness of this extremely valuable holiday object. In the attic, another bedroom could be separated and furnished if needed.

The space offer includes 190 m2 of usable space or 125 m2 of net living space. A corresponding room program with the information on the room areas can be found in our sales documentation. The house offers permanent space for at least 4 people. For a weekend, holidays, or a vacation week, 2-4 additional people can be accommodated.

The house is very easily accessible in both the summer and winter half-years. It is located a few meters below the middle station of the Blatten - Belalp cable car on a beautiful sunny terrace, facing south.

In the winter half-year, you drive your car to the parking garage near the valley station of the Blatten - Belalp cable car. From there, the train takes you to the middle station and thus almost to the front door.

In the summer half-year, you can drive your car to the front door and park next to the chalet. The last part of the journey leads from the connecting road Blatten - Belalp over a smaller private natural road to the house.

Important to know:
The highest point of the Belalp ski area is 3,118 meters above sea level. And there is no more building land to buy in the region where the chalet is located. The village image should remain as it is today. The chalet belongs to the village of Blatten and could therefore also be inhabited all year round. A large part of the furniture can be taken over for a corresponding surcharge.
